Warranty & Returns Policy (Industrial Components)

 

Warranty Coverage

All electronic components sold by the Company are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use. This warranty applies only to products that are installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and standard industry practices.

Electronic components are technical products intended for professional and industrial use. Customers are responsible for verifying suitability for their specific application before purchase.


Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery to the customer, as recorded by the Company’s shipping confirmation.


Warranty Service

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, the Company, at its sole discretion, will:

  • Replace the defective component, or

  • Provide a refund for the defective item.

The Company reserves the right to require the return of the defective component for technical inspection before approving any warranty claim. Returned products become the property of the Company upon replacement or refund.


Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover any failure or damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation, wiring, or handling;

  • Operation outside specified voltage, current, temperature, or environmental limits;

  • Use in applications not approved by the manufacturer;

  • Static electricity, power surges, or electrical overloads;

  • Modification, soldering, or rework after delivery;

  • Normal aging, wear, or degradation of electronic components;

  • Damage caused during customer testing, prototyping, or assembly.

Components that have been installed, soldered, cut, modified, or electrically powered are considered used and are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is verified.


Warranty Claims Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must:

  1. Contact the Company’s customer service within the warranty period;

  2. Provide order number and proof of purchase;

  3. Provide a detailed description of the failure, including test conditions and application;

  4. Provide photos, test reports, or measurements if requested.

The Company may require the defective component to be returned for technical evaluation before any claim is approved.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the technical nature of electronic components, the following are not eligible for return or refund unless proven defective:

  • Components that have been installed, soldered, or electrically tested;

  • Components purchased for prototyping, R&D, or trial use;

  • Items damaged by improper handling, testing, or application.


Refunds & Replacements

If a warranty claim is approved after inspection, the Company will issue a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law. Shipping costs and downtime losses are not covered unless otherwise required by law.

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Once your parcel has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided in the system for you to monitor its progress. Please note that tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update as the package moves between logistics hubs. If you do not see any updates after this period, please let us know, and we will contact the courier on your behalf to investigate.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Delivery services depend on the operating schedule of the courier companies. Most courier services do not operate on public holidays.
For urgent orders, customers may arrange to collect the goods from our store, subject to availability and prior confirmation.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Delivery coverage depends on the courier service provider. Customers are advised to check the courier’s service area or restrictions before placing an order.
Customers may also arrange their own forwarder or courier to collect the goods from our premises.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Next-day or same-day delivery is subject to stock availability and delivery location.
For Klang Valley orders, same-day delivery via services such as Lalamove or similar may be arranged when stock is available and payment is confirmed.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Delivery and handover are handled by the courier company.
If you authorize the courier to leave the parcel at a designated location, this may be allowed; however, the customer assumes responsibility for any loss or theft after delivery.
