Product description:

The sensor module is highly adaptable to environmental light, it has a pair of infrared transmitting and receiving tubes, the transmitting tube emits a certain frequency of infrared light, when the detection direction encounters an obstacle (reflective surface), the infrared light is reflected back and received by the receiving tube, after the comparator circuit processing, the green indicator will light up, and the signal output interface outputs a digital signal (a low-level signal), the detection distance can be adjusted through the potentiometer, and the working voltage is 3.3V-5V. The detection distance can be adjusted by potentiometer, the effective distance range is 2~30CM, the working voltage is 3.3V-5V, the detection distance of the sensor can be adjusted by potentiometer, with small interference, easy to assemble, easy to use, etc., can be widely used in robot obstacle avoidance, obstacle avoidance cart, assembly line counting and black and white line tracing and many other occasions.

Product parameters:

1. When the module detects the signal of the obstacle in front of it, the green indicator light on the circuit board will light up the level and the OUT port will continuously send out a low level signal, the detection distance of the module is 2~30cm, the detection angle is 35°, the detection distance can be adjusted by potentiometer, adjust the potentiometer clockwise, the detection distance will increase; adjust the potentiometer counterclockwise, the detection distance will decrease.

2. the sensor active infrared reflection detection, so the target reflectivity and shape is the key to the detection distance. Black detection distance is small, white is large; small area object distance is small, large area distance is large.

3. the sensor module output port OUT can be directly connected to the microcontroller IO port, can also directly drive a 5V relay; connection: V CC-VCC; GND-GND: OUT-IO

4. The comparator adopts LM393, which is stable.

5. 3-5V DC power supply can be used to supply power to the module. When the power is on, the red power indicator lights up.

6. With 3MM screw holes, easy to fix and install.

7. Each module is delivered with the threshold comparison voltage adjusted by potentiometer, please do not adjust the potentiometer without special circumstances.

Interface Description:
