Description

12V-15V Spot Welder 100-200A Lithium Battery Spot Welding Pen Control Board 5 Gear Spot Welder DIY Kits for 18650/26650/32650 lithium battery

Features:

1. Add 4 screw holes for easy installation or fixation of the shell.

2. Portable, stable, reliable and durable. It can be used for welding 18650/26650/32650 and other lithium batteries.

3. The driving part of the MOS tube is thickened up and down, and copper strips are added to greatly reduce the resistance and increase the overcurrent capability.

Power Requirements:

Spot welding is based on the principle of local rapid heating and cooling of high current, which requires sufficient current supply. Generally, the current of 0.1-0.15 nickel-plated sheet is about 90-150A, so the working power of the circuit board must be greater than or equal to 150A.

Specification:

Supply voltage: 12V-15V

Working current: 100-200A

Note: If the discharge is lower than 100A, it will not work, and the battery with large discharge current will directly affect the welding effect.

Instructions for use:

When spot welding, place the welding pen lightly on the nickel sheet. Do not press the welding pen with force. The welding distance between the two welding needles is a little closer. If the solder joint becomes black, lower the gear, and if the molten pool is too small, increase the gear.

Before welding, use iron and stainless steel with large surfaces such as blades and stainless steel bowls to try it out first, and then weld the battery after you are familiar with the operation. Spot welding is affected by pulse time, welding angle, strength, flatness of welding surface and other factors, and the effect will be different.

Instructions for use:

Welding is an engineering discipline. Spot welding is affected by pulse time, welding angle, strength, flatness of the welding surface and other factors, and the effect will be different.

Interface definition:

Please strictly follow the instructions for wiring, the wrong connection may cause the circuit board to burn out

Function keys: used to switch the machine on and off, switch gears

Press and hold the function key to power on, and the first gear is defaulted. Press and hold the function key for 2 seconds to release, the gear will increase by one gear, and the buzzer will sound and the LED will flash corresponding to the number of gears.

Example: In the 3rd gear, the buzzer sounds 3 times and the LED flashes 3 times.

There are 5 gears in total. From gear 1 to gear 5, the spot welding strength is gradually strengthened, and gear 5 is the strongest. After the 5th gear, long press the function key to turn off the power.

Note: The buzzer needs to be installed by the user, and it will not affect the welding if it is not installed.
