10k to adjust potentiometer, adjust the output voltage.

Description:
1: VIN cathode voltage input
2: GND anode voltage input
3: GND anode voltage input
4: OUT cathode voltage output, the 2 GNDs are intercommunicated, and the pads of the four voltage input/output terminals are 4mm x 4mm pads, and the through hole diameter is 1mm.
5: 10K adjust potentiometer, choose the output voltage value by adjusting the potentiometer, and increase the output voltage value in the counterclockwise direction.
