L293D DC Motor Drive Shield Stepper 4.5-36V 4CH Motor Driver Shield Module for Arduino Raspberry Pi DIY Experiments

L293D DC Motor Drive Shield Stepper 4.5-36V 4CH Motor Driver Shield Module for Arduino Raspberry Pi DIY Experiments

L293D DC Motor Drive Shield Stepper 4.5-36V 4CH Motor Drive Shield Expansion Module for Arduino Raspberry Pi DIY Experiments

Feature:

1.Versatile and Compatible: The L293D Motor Control Shield is a commonly used DC motor driver module that features the 293D chip, a small current DC motor driver chip. The shield is designed with Arduino-compatible pins, making it easy for enthusiasts to quickly develop projects based on/for Arduino platforms.
2.High Precision and No Jitter: Two 5V servo motor (servo) ports are connected for Arduino’s high-resolution, high-precision timer, ensuring precise control without any jitter. This feature is essential when accuracy is crucial, such as in robotics or automation projects.
3.Multiple Motor Control Options: With this motor control shield, you can control up to 4 bidirectional DC motors and 2 stepper motors. It also includes 4 PWM speed control channels with approximately 0.5% resolution, allowing for fine-tuning of motor speeds.
4.Comprehensive Motor Protection: The shield incorporates four H-bridges using the L293D chip, providing each bridge with a current of 0.6A (peak 1.2A). Additionally, it is equipped with thermal shutdown protection, ensuring safe operation within a voltage range of 4.5V to 36V. The inclusion of pull-down resistors ensures that the motors remain in a stop state during power-up.
5.Easy Wiring and Enhanced Power Connection: The shield features large terminal connectors, allowing for easy wiring with wire gauges ranging from 10 to 22AWG. It also includes two external power connectors, ensuring separation between logic and motor drive power sources, minimizing interference and improving overall stability.
